The ICVG-1 features a turbo-flow system which ensures even cooking throughout the entire oven, meaning cooked or baked products have less shrinkage, more moisture and have an overall better taste. The oven has a 60/40 door design with a large display window, allowing you to easily monitor cooking status, and doors open to 130˚ for complete interior access. The oven’s porcelainised interior provides better browning, and the 2-speed fan motor allows for both high production cooking and delicate baking. Cleaning of the unit couldn’t be easier, thanks to its stainless steel exterior and curved edges.
