The TurboChef Eco is the most compact and energy-efficient TurboChef oven available. Its size makes it suitable for most kitchens, and performance isn’t compromised. Motor driven vertical impingement cooking means that food is cooked in minimal time. Digital programme controls reduce preparation time – simply load the food, select your programme and the Eco will do the rest. The Eco is also ventless, meaning there is no need for overhead extraction.
