The 1″ thick griddle surface retains heat flawlessly, and is ideal for cooking a range of menu items, and the thermostat allows for independent control of each 12″ section of the griddle. The corrosion resistant stainless steel base makes it great for heavy-duty use in high demand kitchens, and for quick and easy clean-up, the unit features a rear and side splash guard and a full width grease trough.
