The heavy duty Southbend double deck infrared broiler offers higher BTUs for faster broiling times and tough construction to ensure it can constantly keep up with the demands of a busy kitchen environment. The unit features two decks with 208,000 BTU infrared burners, meaning you can increase your cooking capacity and productivity. Its blower delivers fresh, filtered air to prevent smoke and vapours from affecting the broiler’s efficiency, and the fully insulated lining and burner boxes ensure heat retention. The unit takes just 90 seconds to pre-heat and there is no waiting in-between loads, meaning you can quickly cook orders as soon as they come in, and the reduced heat holding area at the front of the roll-out broiler can be used for holding food until it is ready to be served.
