An ideal pairing for fryers without a built in filtration system, the P14 is an easy to use and store unit that removes impurities from your oil, preventing taste transfer and increasing its longevity. It boasts an impressive oil capacity of 25kg, and is still compact enough to fit under most fryer drains. This unit comes with a one way pump that will remove oil from the fryer and deposit it into the filter pan.
