The Big Joe II delivers the same innovative design, impressive functionality, and outstanding performance as the Classic II, but with an even larger cooking surface, making it perfect for cooking for large crowds! The unit has a heat-resistant shell with thick, ceramic walls that ensure moisture is locked in at any temperature, and a delicious, smoky flavour is achieved with every cook. The grill’s mould and water resistant Kontrol Tower Top Vent enables temperatures to be easily maintained with precision airflow control, and the Airlift hinge significantly reduces the dome weight, eliminating the risk of the grill slamming shut. The ingenious 2-tier divide & conquer cooking system uses a multi-level design to allow you to cook different food in different styles, at different temperatures. The Big Joe II standalone model comes without shelves and cart, enabling it to perfectly fit into bespoke kitchen units.
