DESCRIPTION

The Imperial ITG-24 is equipped with 2 griddle burners with individual, adjustable gas valves and continuous pilots for instant ignition. Aeration baffles between the burners ensure that heat is evenly distributed across the entire griddle plate. The 1″ thick highly polished steel griddle plate holds temperature, eliminating hot & cold spots on the cooking surface, and is ideal for cooking a large range of menu items. The griddle’s stainless steel exterior simplifies the cleaning process, and grease is easily managed with the removable grease gutter.
