DESCRIPTION

The IR-4 features 4 anti-clogging PyroCentric open burners, each with 2 rings of flame, offering incredible performance and durability. The anti-clogging pilot shield and and heavy duty lift off cast iron grate ensure that the hob is easily maintained and cleaned, along with the external stainless steel construction. The oven boasts a ‘U’ shaped burner and a burner baffle, which work together to ensure heat is distributed evenly throughout the entire oven cavity, and any escaped heat is quickly directed back into the oven by the heat reflector, making it much more energy efficient. The oven interior is also able to be easily cleaned due to its porcelainised interior.
