The Anets AGG14T gold series fryer is designed to offer excellent performance and deliver delicious product time and time again. The unique, atmospheric burner/baffle design lowers flue temperature, which provides a cooler, more comfortable working environment, an also increases production per BTU. The easy to use unit features a high temperature safety limit switch and a thermostat which automatically maintains selected temperature, making the fryer safe for all kitchen staff.
