DESCRIPTION

The heavy duty Southbend infrared broiler offers higher BTUs for faster broiling times and tough construction to ensure it can constantly keep up with the demands of a busy kitchen environment. Its blower delivers fresh, filtered air to prevent smoke and vapours from affecting the broiler’s efficiency, and the fully insulated lining and burner boxes ensure heat retention. The unit takes just 90 seconds to pre-heat and there is no waiting in-between loads, meaning you can quickly cook orders as soon as they come in, and the warming oven located at the top of the broiler can be used to keep food hot until it is ready to serve.
